Relevance Is in the Eye of the Beholder

President Bush says that the time has come for the UN to demonstrate that it remains relevant. He has certainly assured his own relevance by posting 200K troops on Iraq's border! His saber is rattling, he just can't get it out of his pants...er...uh...scabbard!
