Top Five Saber Rattlers as of Posting Time
1. North Korea (now they're threatening to withdraw from the 1953 armistice agreement!)
2. US (accepting for the Bush administration, George W. Bush)
3. UK (we're still not really a part of Europe, but we would like a second resolution)
4. Israel (we're passing out the gas masks except to the Palestinians)
5. India & Pakistan (tie, they haven't said anything, they just belong here!)
