Someone's Been Peeking

A report in Le Figaro says that in the last few days a spy system was discovered at the site of the European Council. It says five or six countries (France and Germany among them) have had their phones tapped. The report blames the US. Let's round up the usual suspects, uh oh, we don't have the Soviet Union anymore. I guess that just leaves US.
