We Have Anonymous Support, I'll Have You Know!

Colin Powell has declared that the US has the support of 45 countries in its war with Iraq. Fifteen of those do not want to be identified. What the hell's up with that? It's like saying, "I'm there for you, just don't ask me to help." With that kind of support, who needs adversaries?
